THE CAPITAL STACK PLATFORM™

What Happens After You Join MoonshotNX?

MoonshotNX is designed to help founders move from fragmented fundraising materials to a structured Investor Room profile, investor-readiness reporting, and capital allocator visibility.

This page explains exactly what happens after you join, what you need to complete, and how the process works.

Step 1: You Join MoonshotNX

Once you sign up, you receive access to the MoonshotNX Founder Portal.

This is where you will manage your company profile, complete forms, access reports, apply for funding programmes where applicable, and participate in the Investor Room process.

MoonshotNX is not a venture capital fund, lender, grant provider, broker, or accelerator. MoonshotNX provides founder infrastructure, investor-facing reporting, Investor Room visibility, capital readiness analysis, and access to funding pathways.

Step 2: You Register Your Company

Your first step is to complete Company Registration.

Once completed, you will receive a unique Company ID.

Your Company ID connects all forms, reports, applications, Investor Room data, and future activity within the platform.

Step 3: Complete Your Founder Information

You will be asked to complete a number of forms depending on your programme and objectives.

These forms may include:

  • Company Registration

  • Pitch Deck Information

  • Business Model

  • Market Opportunity

  • Company Performance

  • Capital Structure

  • Valuation Inputs

  • Investor Room Readiness

  • Grant Funding Applications

  • Venture Debt Applications

The quality of the information you provide directly impacts the quality of your reports, Investor Room profile, and funding readiness.

Step 4: Investor Readiness & Capital Analysis

MoonshotNX uses the information you provide to generate structured reports and investor-facing analysis.

These reports help identify:

  • Company strengths

  • Potential risks

  • Information gaps

  • Investor readiness

  • Capital readiness

  • Funding suitability

This is not a pass-or-fail process.

The objective is to understand your company from the perspective of investors, lenders, grant providers, and capital allocators, while helping you present your business more effectively.

Step 5: Your Reports Are Generated

Once your information is complete, MoonshotNX generates structured reports based on your submitted data.

Depending on your programme, reports may cover:

  • Pitch Deck Analysis

  • Company Performance

  • Market Opportunity

  • Business Model

  • Capital Structure

  • Valuation

  • Investor Readiness

  • Capital Readiness

These reports become part of your Investor Room profile and provide additional context for potential capital allocators reviewing your company.

Step 6: Build Your Investor Room Profile

Your submitted information, reports, scores, and supporting documentation are used to populate your Investor Room profile.

The Investor Room is designed to provide a structured, investor-facing view of your company.

Rather than relying solely on a pitch deck, investors and capital allocators can review company information, reports, scores, capital requirements, and supporting information in one place.

A complete profile is generally more useful and easier to assess than an incomplete one.

Step 7: Investor Room Visibility

MoonshotNX maintains a global capital intelligence database containing more than 250,000 investors, lenders, grant providers, family offices, venture funds, institutional investors, and other capital allocators.

Within this broader database, MoonshotNX actively focuses on approximately 70,000+mandated and actively investing organisations.

These organisations span:

  • Pre-Seed

  • Seed

  • Angel

  • Venture Capital

  • Venture Debt

  • Family Offices

  • Strategic Investors

  • Corporate Venture Capital

  • Series A

  • Growth Capital

  • Alternative Capital Providers

Investor Room participation helps make your company visible in a structured format that can be reviewed by relevant capital allocators based on mandate, geography, sector, stage, and funding requirements.

Visibility does not guarantee review, meetings, due diligence, funding, financing, investment, or grant approval.

Step 8: Optional Grant Funding Applications

Eligible companies may apply for grant funding consideration. We currently have 4 grant provider partner companies, applications are sent to all of them for review.

Grant providers operate independently and apply their own review criteria, mandates, approval requirements, and funding processes.

Submitting a grant application does not guarantee review, approval, funding, meetings, introductions, or future engagement.

If a grant provider wishes to proceed, they may request additional information or contact your company directly.

Step 9: Optional Venture Debt Applications

Eligible companies may apply for venture debt consideration. We currently have 467 venture debt provider partner companies, applications are sent to all of them for review.

Venture debt providers, lenders, and financing partners operate independently and apply their own mandates, review criteria, due diligence requirements, and approval processes.

Submitting a venture debt application does not guarantee review, approval, financing, meetings, introductions, or funding.

If a provider wishes to proceed, they may contact your company directly.

Step 10: FastTrack Investor Room Access

Not every founder wants to complete the full reporting and analysis pathway.

If your primary goal is simply to establish an Investor Room profile and gain visibility to our investors within the Investor Room, you may choose the FastTrack process.

The FastTrack process allows founders to:

  1. Join MoonshotNX.

  2. Complete the Investor Room Readiness Form.

  3. Populate their Investor Room profile.

  4. Enter the Investor Room process.

This provides a faster route to Investor Room visibility without completing the full reporting pathway.

Many founders choose FastTrack when they already have investor materials prepared and simply want Investor Room access.

Step 11: Third-Party Review & Funding Decisions

All investment, grant funding, venture debt, financing, and capital allocation decisions are made solely by the relevant third-party provider.

MoonshotNX does not control:

  • Investment decisions

  • Grant decisions

  • Lending decisions

  • Due diligence outcomes

  • Funding approvals

  • Funding terms

  • Capital allocation decisions

Each provider applies its own mandates, criteria, timelines, and approval process.

Step 12: What Founders Should Expect

MoonshotNX provides:

  • Founder infrastructure

  • Investor-facing reporting

  • Investor Room profiles

  • Capital readiness analysis

  • Investor readiness analysis

  • Funding application pathways

  • Capital allocator visibility

The strongest outcomes generally come from founders who complete their profiles thoroughly, provide accurate information, and actively maintain their Investor Room presence.

Step 13: Our 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you join MoonshotNX and change your mind within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund provided that you have not received services already delivered through the platform.
