Through Moonshot, the Moonbase Foundation offers targeted, non-dilutive grants designed to help early-stage startups kick off their fundraising journey.

Moonshot Grants are designed to help you:

  • Pay for investor readiness services delivered by Maxnx (not directly disbursed to the startup)

  • Fund the creation of a formal startup valuation, signed off by a top-tier accounting firm (e.g., Deloitte, KPMG, PwC)

  • Cover the cost of pitch deck development and data room setup, ensuring investor-grade materials

  • Support legal structuring and cap table reviews through approved third-party service providers

  • Enable platform listing (e.g., Carta, Wevestr) to facilitate visibility and fundraising infrastructure

  • Deliver capital advisory and IR support, including strategy, investor introductions, and syndicate access

  • Comply with mandatory reporting and due diligence requirements, managed by Maxnx on behalf of the Foundation
