Complaints & Escalation Procedure

MoonshotNX maintains a structured review process for formal complaints.

1. Submission

Complaints must be submitted in writing to:

onboarding@moonshotnx.com
Subject: Formal Complaint

Include:

• Name

• Company

• Description of issue

• Relevant documentation

2. Review Process

• Initial acknowledgment within 5 business days

• Internal review

• Written response within 30 days where feasible

3. Non-Binding Resolution

MoonshotNX may propose clarification or corrective action where appropriate.

This process does not create a fiduciary or regulatory relationship.
