Platform Eligibility & Removal Rights

MoonshotNX maintains eligibility standards to protect ecosystem integrity.

1. Eligibility Determination

MoonshotNX may determine, in its sole discretion:

  • Founder eligibility

  • Investor eligibility

  • Platform access level

  • Introduction eligibility

2. Suspension or Removal

MoonshotNX may suspend or terminate access if:

  • False information is submitted

  • Regulatory violations are suspected

  • Sanctions concerns arise

  • Platform integrity is compromised

  • Acceptable Use Policy is violated

3. No Obligation to Provide Access

MoonshotNX is not obligated to:

  • Approve any founder

  • Provide introductions

  • Maintain investor access

  • Continue subscription access beyond contractual terms

4. Discretionary Integrity Protection

MoonshotNX reserves the right to act to preserve ecosystem credibility.
