MoonshotNX is a human-led Investor Relations as a Service company for startups and growth companies raising capital. We work directly with founders on investor readiness, capital positioning, warm investor introductions, investor engagement, due diligence and fundraising execution. Our people are supported by proprietary technology, data, automation and embedded AI infrastructure.

MoonshotNX was created after seeing the same challenge repeatedly: founders could be highly capable at building companies while having little experience running an institutional fundraising process. Raising capital requires different skills, relationships and infrastructure. MoonshotNX was built to give founders an experienced team that can help manage that journey alongside them.

MoonshotNX was founded in 2021 by entrepreneur, investor and author Jill Godden. Her work spans startup fundraising, Investor Relations, venture building, founder education, capital formation and ownership outcomes. She remains actively involved in MoonshotNX and its work with founders, investors and the wider venture ecosystem.

MoonshotNX is operated by a multidisciplinary team of startup operators, Investor Relations professionals, advisors and functional specialists. Marco Bauer, CMO, leads Marketing, PR and IT; Customer Success is led by Aaron and Mira; Pascal Heeder leads the backend Finance team; and Sarah Coleman leads Legal. Our Valuations and Advisory function includes 11 external consultants with specialist expertise across key areas of company building, finance, valuation and investment readiness. Our Investor Relations team is managed by Daniela Tan and includes six specialists working directly across investor engagement, communications, introductions and fundraising execution. Together, these teams provide the human expertise and operational support behind the MoonshotNX service.

MoonshotNX is built around people with practical experience working with startups, founders, investors and growing companies. Across Investor Relations, advisory, finance, legal, valuations, marketing, customer success and operations, our team brings specialist experience to different parts of the fundraising journey. Rather than relying on a single advisor, founders benefit from a broader operating team with different disciplines working together behind the company.

MoonshotNX acts as an outsourced Investor Relations function for companies raising capital. We help founders prepare and position their companies, strengthen investor readiness, make warm introductions across our investor network, manage investor communications and engagement, coordinate meetings and follow-ups, prepare for due diligence and support the fundraising process through progression toward closing.

Technology, data, automation and embedded AI operate behind those teams to improve research, analysis, reporting and operational efficiency; they do not replace the people delivering the service.

Since 2021, MoonshotNX has reviewed more than 14,000 startup and growth companies and analysed more than $2 billion in capital requests across multiple industries, stages and geographies. This experience contributes to the data, benchmarking and institutional knowledge used by our teams when assessing and supporting companies raising capital.

MoonshotNX has built a global investor network spanning more than 140 countries and including venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices, corporate investors, institutional investors, fund managers and other capital providers. Our Investor Relations team uses this network to identify relevant investors and make warm introductions for qualified companies.

MoonshotNX is designed for ambitious founders and leadership teams preparing for or actively undertaking a capital raise. We work with startups and growth companies across multiple stages, sectors and markets that need professional Investor Relations, stronger capital positioning and structured support throughout the fundraising process.

MoonshotNX supports companies pursuing a range of capital pathways, including pre-seed and seed funding, venture capital, angel investment, family office capital, venture debt, grant funding, strategic investment and growth capital. The appropriate pathway depends on the company, stage, funding requirement and capital strategy.

MoonshotNX is not simply fundraising software, an investor database or a marketplace. We combine a human Investor Relations team, warm investor introductions, specialist advisory support, capital readiness, investor intelligence, due diligence preparation and fundraising execution in one service. Technology supports that infrastructure, while people lead the relationships, judgement and execution.

Technology and AI are embedded within the MoonshotNX infrastructure to support our teams with company analysis, benchmarking, investor research, intelligence, reporting and operational execution. They allow our people to work with greater speed and scale, but they are supporting functions. Company review, advice, Investor Relations, warm introductions and investor relationships remain human-led.

Our mission is to help founders become fundable and funded by giving them the Investor Relations expertise, investor relationships, capital intelligence and operational support required to navigate fundraising more effectively while they continue building their companies.

We believe founders should be able to spend more time building their companies and less time trying to navigate fundraising alone. Strong fundraising requires preparation, credibility, consistent investor engagement and trusted relationships. Our role is to bring those capabilities together and work alongside founders throughout the journey.
