Copyright & IP Policy

1. Ownership of Platform Materials
All content, materials, systems, frameworks, methodologies, scoring models, grading outputs, data structures, documentation, visual assets, branding, design elements, software architecture, and related intellectual property made available through the MoonshotNX platform (the “Platform Materials”) are owned exclusively by MoonshotNX, Inc. or its licensors.
The Platform Materials are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other proprietary rights.
No rights are granted except as expressly provided in the Terms of Service.
2. Founder and User Content
Users may upload documents, financial models, pitch materials, cap tables, data room materials, and other content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By uploading User Content, you grant MoonshotNX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:
Host
Store
Display
Transmit
Process
User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
MoonshotNX does not acquire ownership of User Content.
3. Prohibited Use of Platform IP
You may not:
Copy or reproduce Platform Materials
Reverse engineer grading systems
Extract structured data
Create derivative systems
Use Platform outputs for competing services
Remove copyright or proprietary notices
4. Copyright Complaints (DMCA Policy)
MoonshotNX respects intellectual property rights.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement, you may submit a written DMCA notice including:
Identification of the copyrighted work
Identification of the allegedly infringing material
Your contact information
A statement of good faith belief
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
Your physical or electronic signature
Submit notices to:
