Founders who require ongoing Investor Relations and full advisory support can choose the $499 per month subscription or the $5,988 annual subscription, which provides the same ongoing support with a 10% annual saving.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. MoonshotNX offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for founders who have not used the service and decide it is not the right fit. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of joining.
Can I cancel my MoonshotNX subscription?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. There are no long-term contracts on the monthly plan, no cancellation penalties, no setup fees and no hidden fees.
Does MoonshotNX charge fundraising commissions or success fees?
No. MoonshotNX charges 0% commission on capital raised. MoonshotNX does not charge success fees, placement fees, carry or a percentage of a fundraise. Founders pay a fixed subscription for access to the platform and support.

Advisory services are not included in this package but can be added if necessary at $499 per month.
