How MoonshotNX Connects Structured Companies with Capital

MoonshotNX is designed as capital infrastructure.

Investor access is not random distribution. It is triggered progression.

1. Preparation Comes First

Before any investor visibility occurs, companies move through structured preparation:

  • Capital readiness review

  • Financial model validation

  • Data room completeness

  • Governance clarity

  • Narrative alignment

Investor access is an outcome of structural readiness.

2. Triggered Grading Framework

MoonshotNX integrates an independent third-party ratings framework.

Progression to investor access is informed by:

  • Structural completeness

  • Internal readiness criteria

  • Independent grading thresholds (where applicable)

The ratings provider operates independently and controls its own methodologies and outputs. MoonshotNX does not issue ratings.

A defined grade or structural threshold may be required before eligibility for certain investor pathways.

3. What Investor Access Includes

Once thresholds are met, investor access may include:

  • Visibility within the MoonshotNX investor room

  • Curated introductions to aligned investors

  • Consideration for internal capital review

  • Consideration by M1 Fund and affiliated funds

  • Consideration by other capital partners within the ecosystem

MoonshotNX operates multiple affiliated capital pools, including M1 Fund and additional investment vehicles. Eligibility for review by these funds is discretionary and subject to their independent mandate criteria.

There is no guarantee of investment.

4. Internal Fund Consideration

M1 Fund and affiliated funds:

  • Make independent investment decisions

  • Conduct their own diligence

  • Are not obligated to invest

  • May decline any opportunity

Platform eligibility does not constitute approval.

Internal fund review is a separate investment decision process.

Investor access does not mean:
