Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs access to and use of the MoonshotNX platform.

Users agree not to:

1. Fraud or Misrepresentation

• Provide false, misleading, or manipulated financial information

• Misrepresent ownership, valuation, or funding status

• Submit falsified documents

2. Securities Law Violations

• Use the platform to conduct unlawful securities offerings

• Circumvent applicable securities regulations

• Solicit investors in violation of law

MoonshotNX does not conduct securities transactions or broker-dealer activity.

3. Uploading Unauthorised Third-Party Material

• Upload confidential materials you do not have rights to share

• Upload proprietary third-party data without consent

• Upload illegal or stolen documents

4. Sanctions Violations

You may not use the platform if you:

• Are located in a sanctioned jurisdiction

• Are listed on OFAC or equivalent sanctions lists

• Are owned or controlled by sanctioned persons

5. Platform Abuse

• Attempt to reverse engineer grading systems

• Attempt to scrape data

• Attempt to disrupt platform functionality

• Attempt to bypass security measures

MoonshotNX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
