I built MoonshotNX after years inside venture capital watching capable founders stall for reasons that had nothing to do with product. The problem was rarely ambition. It was structure.

I have raised capital as a founder, deployed it as an investor, and advised funds managing billions in assets. The gap was obvious. Founders were navigating a capital system designed around networks, not readiness.
