This policy governs reference to MoonshotNX within public materials.

1. Use of Name and Logo

Founders and investors may not:

  • Use MoonshotNX name or logo without written consent

  • Represent platform participation as endorsement

  • Imply investment approval

2. Use of Grading Outputs

Grading outputs:

  • May not be altered

  • May not be selectively presented

  • May not be used in misleading marketing

Public reference to grading requires prior written approval.

3. Affiliated Fund References

Founders may not:

  • Suggest guaranteed investment

  • Imply endorsement by M1 Fund or affiliated funds

  • Represent platform participation as funding confirmation
