Once inside the platform founders begin progressing through the MoonshotNX capital pathway. Step 1 Create your MoonshotNX founder account and access the platform. Step 2 Begin preparation by organising your company using the MoonshotNX capital preparation tools and frameworks. Step 3 Develop capital strategy including pitch deck preparation, fundraising structure and investor materials with support from the MoonshotNX advisory system. Step 4 Apply for Investor Room access once the company meets the capital readiness threshold and is prepared for investor engagement. Step 5 Proceed to funding round execution. Companies selected for investment may move forward to independent venture rating and SPV formation in order to complete the funding round.
