Request Investor Room Review

The MoonshotNX Investor Room is reserved for companies that have completed the capital preparation process and passed internal review.

Before a company can be introduced to investors, the following materials must be submitted and approved:

• Pitch deck
• Investment one-pager
• Evidence room and diligence materials
• Capital strategy
• MoonshotNX valuation analysis

The MoonshotNX team reviews these materials and may request revisions before a company becomes eligible for the Investor Room.

Once approved, your company will be prepared for investor introductions.

Requirements for access:

✓ Company Information completed

✓ Pitch Deck submitted

✓ Investment One-Pager submitted

✓ Evidence Room submitted

✓ Valuation completed by MoonshotNX

✓ Capital Strategy submitted

✓ Internal review approved

*Material such as Pitch Deck, 1 pager and Dataroom should be approved before request.

** Valuation should be completed and Value agreed before request.

The team will revert within 7 days of application.
