MoonshotNX Direct Payment Plans
If you are not approved for a Stripe pay later option, or prefer to split your payments directly, MoonshotNX offers structured internal payment plans.
These plans allow you to begin immediately while aligning access, delivery, and investor readiness to your payment schedule.
How the Payment Plan Works
Step 1 — Complete the Payment Plan Form
Select your programme and confirm your payment plan.
You will be asked to:
Choose Prepare (2 payments) or Raise (3 payments)
Confirm your payment commitment
Acknowledge how access is structured
Once submitted, you will be redirected to complete your first payment.
Step 2 — Complete Payment 1 via Stripe
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Your place in the programme is confirmed only once Payment 1 is completed.
Step 3 — Immediate Access (Phase 1)
After Payment 1, your access begins.

MoonshotNX operates as a structured capital system.
This means:
Access is released in stages, not all at once
Reports, valuation, and investor-facing outputs are tied to completion
Fundraising execution only begins after full programme payment
This structure ensures:

Proper sequencing of preparation and fundraising
Alignment with how investors evaluate companies
Choosing the Right Option
Choose Pay in Full for immediate, unrestricted access
Use Stripe Pay Later if available and approved
Use a MoonshotNX Payment Plan if you need to split payments directly
Refund Policy
MoonshotNX operates as a structured capital system with immediate access to proprietary tools, diagnostics, and programme infrastructure upon payment.
As a result, all purchases are considered final.
However, a refund request may be considered under the following conditions:
The request is made within 48 hours of purchase
No material platform usage has occurred
No diagnostics, reports, or advisory processes have been accessed or initiated
No data has been submitted into the system
If any platform activity has taken place, the purchase is deemed consumed and is no longer eligible for refund.
All refund requests are reviewed at MoonshotNX’s discretion.

Payment & Platform FAQ
1. Are payments refundable?
All payments are final once platform access has been used.
A refund request may only be considered within 48 hours if no platform activity has occurred, including no diagnostics, reports, or data submissions.
2. What happens if I miss a payment?
Access to the platform, reports, or advisory services may be paused until outstanding payments are completed, if more than 30 days after the due date passess with no outstanding payment made, your access will be permanently revoked and access denied.
Investor access is not activated until full programme payment is received.
3. Do payment plans include discounts?
No.
Payment plans are offered for cash flow flexibility only.
Discounts apply only to full payments processed via Stripe.
4. Is my data secure on MoonshotNX?
Yes.
MoonshotNX uses encrypted transmission, secure hosting, and controlled access systems to protect your data.
5. Who can access my company information?
Access is restricted to:
authorised internal personnel
advisory reviewers
required system processes
All access is subject to confidentiality obligations.
6. Will my information be shared with investors automatically?
No.
Your information is only shared with investors when:
you explicitly enable sharing, or
you enter a stage designed for investor engagement
You control what is shared and when.
7. Does MoonshotNX take ownership of my materials?
No.
All intellectual property remains your property.
MoonshotNX does not acquire ownership of any submitted materials.
8. Does MoonshotNX guarantee funding or investor introductions?
No.
MoonshotNX provides infrastructure and preparation systems.
Funding outcomes and investor decisions are not guaranteed.
9. How are payments processed?
All payments are securely processed through Stripe or authorised payment providers.
MoonshotNX does not store full card details.
10. What happens after I complete payment?
Access begins immediately, with platform features, reports, and investor engagement released in stages aligned to your payment and progression.
