The information you submit through the MoonshotNX founder portal is used to generate your diagnostic reports, investor readiness scores, valuation outputs, and funding preparation profile.
Where applicable, your submissions and reports may also be reviewed by up to three external capital partners, selected according to your company’s stage, sector, geography, mandate fit, and funding profile. Their review is combined with MoonshotNX’s benchmarking layer, which draws on more than 15,000 venture-stage data points across comparable companies, sectors, funding rounds, and investor expectations.
This means your reports are not based only on generic automation. They are designed to reflect how relevant investors may actually assess your company, including strengths, gaps, risks, readiness signals, and areas requiring improvement before or during fundraising.
Please complete every form carefully, accurately, and in full. Incomplete, vague, or inconsistent information may reduce your scores, weaken the quality of your reports, and limit the accuracy of investor-facing feedback.
The stronger and more complete your submissions are, the more useful your reports, scores, and investor-readiness outputs will be.
