Exercise: Culture Questionnaire

Below are a set of questions that will help you understand your company culture. Take the survey yourself and then have other executive or high-level team members take the quiz. Your company is probably too small for you to roll it out to the lowest level people. 

After you are done consider any answers you rated disagree or strongly disagree. If you feel this is an issue you need to address, bring it up to your advisors!
