Strategic Referral Partner Onboarding

Congratulations, and welcome to the MoonshotNX Partner Network.

We are delighted to invite you to become an authorised MoonshotNX Strategic Referral Partner. Whether you are joining us as an individual professional or as an organisation, your role is to introduce promising founders and innovative businesses to the MoonshotNX platform, helping them begin their capital readiness and fundraising journey.

This onboarding process has been designed to ensure that we establish your partnership correctly and provide you with the tools required to begin referring founders through your authorised referral channels.

During this onboarding process you will be asked to:

  • Provide your personal or organisation contact information.

  • Confirm your country of residence or country of incorporation.

  • Provide your tax and payment information where applicable.

  • Upload a valid government-issued photo identification document (for individuals) or authorised company documentation (for organisations), where required.

  • Review the MoonshotNX Strategic Referral Partner Agreement.

  • Review your approved commercial terms, including referral commissions, founder discounts and authorised services.

  • Confirm your acceptance of the Company's partnership requirements, compliance obligations and policies.

Once your onboarding submission has been successfully completed, it will be reviewed by the MoonshotNX Partnerships Team. Following approval, your partnership will be activated and your authorised referral details—including your referral code, referral link and any approved founder pricing—will be issued.

Where applicable, you may also receive access to partner resources, including approved marketing materials, referral tracking tools, co-branded assets, training resources and future partnership initiatives.

Referral commissions will be paid in accordance with the commercial terms agreed between you and MoonshotNX. Before any commission payments can be processed, MoonshotNX may request identity verification, banking information, tax documentation and any other compliance information required under applicable laws.

All personal and organisational information submitted during this onboarding process will be treated as strictly confidential and stored securely by MoonshotNX. Information will be processed only for legitimate operational, legal, compliance, partnership administration and payment purposes, and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
