Founder Growth Manager Onboarding
Congratulations, and welcome to MoonshotNX.
We are delighted to invite you to join our global Founder Growth Manager team. As one of our first points of contact for founders, you will play an important role in helping entrepreneurs begin their fundraising journey and introducing them to the MoonshotNX platform.
This onboarding process has been designed to ensure that you have everything you need to begin your engagement with us. Please take the time to carefully review the documents provided, complete the required information accurately, and submit your onboarding form in full.
During this process you will be asked to:
Provide your personal and contact information.
Confirm your country of residence and tax information.
Upload a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a passport, national identity card or driver's licence).
Review the Founder Growth Manager Independent Contractor Agreement.
Review the MoonshotNX Sales Commission & Performance Policy.
Confirm your acceptance of the Company's onboarding requirements and policies.
Once you have successfully completed and submitted your onboarding form, your information will be reviewed by our team. Following approval, you will receive an invitation at your personal email address to activate your MoonshotNX Google Workspace account. This account will provide access to your Company email address, Google Drive, Calendar, Slack, training materials and other internal systems required for your role.
You will also receive an invitation from Deel, our global contractor management platform, within approximately seven (7) days. Please do not create a Deel account independently. MoonshotNX will initiate your account on your behalf, after which Deel will guide you through identity verification, tax documentation and payment setup before your first commission payment can be processed.
All personal information and documentation submitted during this onboarding process will be treated as strictly confidential and stored securely within your MoonshotNX personnel file. Information will be processed only for legitimate employment administration, legal, compliance, operational and payment purposes, and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
