Who pays for grant deliverables?
The foundation pays approved providers directly (valuation, legal/compliance, deck, model, data room, etc.). It’s not cash to the company.
When does IR start?
From Tier 1: by selection only (pooled IR team, 5% success fee on capital we close).
From Tier 2: dedicated IR team is guaranteed once accepted.
How does Tier 2 funding work?
You receive a committed option up to $1,000,000 that funds at your primary round close
What’s the IR fee in Tier 2?
